We aim to use performance management to facilitate our business development by developing a motivation system that consists of short, medium, and long-term motivation mechanisms that stimulate various results.

Employee training and development is one of our most important areas of focus. We deploy training teams across our business that focus on a number of important areas that are in-line with our corporate strategy. In particular, we look to develop leadership and professional skills in order to constantly improve the professional capabilities of all of our staff.

We place a great amount of importance on the safety and health of our people. Wherever possible, we take preventative measures to avert accidents and occupational hazards. This includes monitoring risks at all stages of our value chain and establishing supervision to ensure safe production and the health of our staff.
